In 2019, with little experience but a lot of aspirations, I founded Lead Elan. My desire to create something of my own, despite the challenges of post-COVID uncertainties, was driven by a passion for bringing value. Yet, little did I know what lay ahead.
The path to establishing Lead Elan wasn't easy-it involved digging deep within myself, making countless mistakes, and learning new aspects of business. I found strength in working with startups, adapting to chaos, and learning to thrive amidst uncertainties. My stint at Grant Thornton further fueled my determination. It was my turning point-realizing that the knowledge and skills I needed were already out there. By prioritizing what truly mattered, I could achieve my goals while helping others reach theirs.
